Operator and scope
This policy covers denotra.com, its interactive sample workspaces, and inquiries made through the website. The operator is Denotra, Inc. Contact hello@denotra.com. Any future customer product or service will have its own applicable privacy information.
Information you provide
The “Bring one workflow” form asks for your name, work email, company, and a description of the workflow you would like to improve. Your selected business category is also included in the inquiry. Before submission, these details stay in the page’s browser memory. They also remain in that memory through the confirmation or a failed attempt, until you start another inquiry, reload, or leave the page.
Selecting “Send inquiry” sends these details securely to our website’s contact service hosted on Vercel. We use Resend to deliver the inquiry to hello@denotra.com. Your email address is included as the reply address so our team can respond. The form does not open your email application.
Please describe your workflow without including customer records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
What Denotra stores
Submitted inquiries are processed by our hosting and email-delivery providers and retained in our business mailbox as correspondence. We receive the details you submit, your email address, and the usual delivery metadata. The website does not create a separate customer account or application database record from this form.
The contact service uses short-lived technical records to limit abusive traffic and avoid duplicate submissions. These include request fingerprints and an IP-derived identifier rather than a customer profile. Delivery providers may retain message content and delivery records under their own retention policies. If you email us directly, our mailbox also retains that correspondence.
Interactive demos
The guided walkthroughs and full workspaces use fictional sample records. Actions and edits in these demos stay in the browser’s sample state; they do not send messages, charge payments, make real bookings, or update a customer account. Reloading or resetting a sample starts it again. Please use fictional information when trying the controls.
Infrastructure processing
Vercel hosts the website and processes form submissions. Resend processes the inquiry’s contents and delivery information to send it to our inbox. Our domain-name and mailbox providers also process information needed to operate their services.
These providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request metadata, and operational or security logs needed to deliver and protect their services. They operate under their own privacy policies. We use this processing to receive and respond to inquiries and protect the website.
Fonts and assets
The website serves its fonts, images, stylesheets, scripts, and embedded sample workspaces from the site’s own origin. Following an external link takes you to another website, whose privacy practices apply there.
Why we process information
We use the information you submit or email us to respond to inquiries, understand the context of a request, explore a potential engagement, maintain necessary correspondence, operate and protect the site, respond to privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry details for third-party advertising.
Retention
Retention is based on need rather than a fixed period. We keep correspondence while reasonably needed to manage inquiries, maintain necessary operational records, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete correspondence when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, and technical requirements.
Your requests
Email hello@denotra.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to access, correct, or delete it. We may need to verify the request, and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
Do Not Track and cross-site collection
Denotra, Inc. does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect activity across unrelated sites for behavioral advertising. Because there is no cross-site behavioral advertising here, a Do Not Track signal does not change this site's practices.
Changes to this notice
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it in a form appropriate to the change.
