Privacy
No form. No database. No tracking.
This notice explains how Denotra, Inc. handles information when you visit denotra.com or apply for early access. The short version: this site stores nothing about you, because it has nowhere to store it.
Operator and scope
This notice covers denotra.com and its early-access application. The operator is Denotra, Inc. Contact kirk@denotra.com.
Information you provide
The early-access application asks three categorical reflection questions and then your work email, name, and company or title. Every one of those values stays in your browser. The site has no form endpoint and posts nothing to any server.
When you submit, your browser opens your own email client with a message addressed to Denotra, Inc. and pre-filled with your reflection answers. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it, from your own account, and you can edit or discard the message first.
What Denotra, Inc. stores
There is no database, no customer record, and no application record. If you choose to send the email, it lands in a business mailbox like any other message you write, and it is retained there. That mailbox is the only place your details exist.
Infrastructure processing
Vercel hosts and delivers this site. Cloudflare provides authoritative DNS. Google Workspace provides the business mailbox that receives applications. Those providers may process an IP address, user agent, TLS and device signals, request metadata, and operational or security logs as needed to deliver and protect their services. Denotra, Inc. does not receive an analytics profile of you from any of them.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, session-replay, or tracking scripts. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts and assets
Every font, image, stylesheet, and script is served from this site's own origin. No third-party font, script, pixel, or asset loads from an external domain. The site's content security policy enforces this at the browser level rather than relying on convention.
Why we process it
We use what you email us to respond to early-access applications, understand the context of a request, contact applicants, operate and protect the site, respond to privacy requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use or share it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Retention is based on need rather than a fixed period. We keep application emails while reasonably needed to manage early access, maintain necessary operational records, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We delete correspondence when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, and technical requirements.
Your requests
Email kirk@denotra.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to access, correct, or delete it. We may need to verify the request, and may retain limited information where required or permitted by law.
Do Not Track and cross-site collection
Denotra, Inc. does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not collect activity across unrelated sites for behavioral advertising. Because there is no cross-site behavioral advertising here, a Do Not Track signal does not change this site's practices.
Changes to this notice
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. If applicable law requires additional notice, we will provide it in a form appropriate to the change.
